Thanks to the amazing Hannah Davis, I have the beginnings of my own Crochet As We Go Stripey Blanket in the works.  To quote Ms. Davis,

“The “as-we-go stripey blanket” was created as a crochet-along project on notyouraveragecrochet.com in 2013 by Hannah Davis. This pattern may be used for personal or commercial use, but please do not claim it as your own. The materials are flexible and you can make this blanket any size you wish. What is listed is just one option for you.”

What I love about Hannah Davis’ pattern is that it has prompted me to learn stitches I never thought I could do.  My favorite is the bobble stitch!
Can you name the stitches?

I have a long way to go on this afghan.  I think the hardest part will be weaving in all of the ends.  Keeping an even gauge between stitch style changes has kept me on my toes, as has counting stitches at the end of a row.  You’ve been warned, but I think this afghan pattern is worth the work.
